I have just made an offer on an NFT on Opensea for 0.2 WETH and now the balance in my wallet is 0.0031 ETH and 0.2 WETH, my question is will I have to pay for gas fees again if the NFT holder accept my order, I don't know about this and my ETH is only 0.0031 so I am worried it may not be enough if there will be more gas fees to pay

ypu left out all the important stuff. anyone can figure out what you just told us.. when making an offer there is a large network fee. is this returned if the offer is not accepted? or am I paying the network fee which is the same as the nft itself just to make the offer and maybe not even get it?
