Great plow i bought new last year this bracket will work from ½ ton or ¾ ton for htx olny.. but im question the weight had it on scale at work says its 800lbs on the truck? Mine is on half ton I had to do no work my preference was level look so I did put leveling kit in 08 Ltz now its on my 09 Lt truck has no issues with it…

what did you do to this truck to be able to run a htx v on it? I see its an ecoboost. was there a lift or level kit added? what size wheel and tires?
What is the model # of that snow deflector? Is it made specifically for the htx v plow? Looks different than the others but looks good for that plow.

This is great! I have been plowing with boss for the past couple of years and they are the best. I recently just bought a 2015 chevy silverado 1500 and thinking of getting one of these to go with it. I would like to know what you recommend having done to my truck for a little added support. Maybe a leveling kit, Timbren bushings?
